The following websites, TapCardNetwork.com, TapCard.live, TapCard.travel, and TapCard.business are operated by TapCard aka Infinite Venture Holdings LLC. Hereafter, these websites will be referred to collectively as "our sites" or "our websites".

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our websites. By accessing our websites, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use our websites if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Cookies

The websites use cookies to help personalize your online experience. By accessing our websites, you agreed to use the required cookies.

This Agreement shall begin upon use of any of our sites.

User-Generated Content

We do NOT allow comments, postings, or any public interactions on our websites.

However, certain TapCard products (such as dynamic luggage tags and business cards) allow you, the user, to create custom messages or information displayed to individuals scanning your products (collectively, “User-Generated Content”). By using this feature, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you provide.

• Infinite Venture Holdings LLC is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any User-Generated Content displayed via your TapCard products.

• You will not post offensive, defamatory, indecent, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate messages or information.

• You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from making your personal information or content publicly accessible via TapCard products.

Infinite Venture Holdings LLC does not routinely monitor or moderate User-Generated Content displayed through luggage tags or business cards. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable any content deemed offensive, illegal, inappropriate, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Users found to have violated this policy may have their accounts permanently terminated without notice.

Services

We provide physical cards and tags embedded with NFC chips ("NFC Cards" and "Luggage Tags") and QR codes that, when tapped or scanned, direct users to either a landing page where the client's .vcf contact card or luggage information may be accessed or downloaded, or to a URL of the client's choice.

Link Redirect Services
Our NFC Cards and QR codes can be set to "URL Redirect" mode and provide link redirect services, which direct users to a URL specified by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring that the URL is accurate and functional. We do not guarantee that the link redirect services will work as intended, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the use of these services. Use of this service to direct to illegal websites will be reported to the appropriate authorities and considered a breach of this agreement, resulting in access to our services being terminated.

Contact Card (Vcard) Services
Our NFC Cards and QR codes can be set to automatically download .vcf contact cards to a user's phone. The client is responsible for ensuring that the .vcf contact card is accurate and up-to-date. We do not guarantee that the Vcard services will work as intended, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the use of these services.

Luggage Tag Services
Our luggage tags enable clients to display custom messages, contact information, tracking links, or instructions to anyone who scans or taps the NFC-enabled tag or QR code on the tag. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, and safety of the information provided. Infinite Venture Holdings LLC does not monitor or review content displayed through luggage tags and is not responsible for any consequences arising from such content, including the sharing of personal or sensitive information. Users posting offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content risk immediate termination of their accounts without notice.

Disclaimer of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access to the client's .vcf contact card, URL, or publicly available personal information;

• Distribution or misuse of the client's contact information or URL by unintended recipients;

• Loss, damage, or compromise of data due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.

Infinite Venture Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your decision to make personal, contact, or any other information available via luggage tags, business cards, or any other products provided by us. You expressly acknowledge that you assume all risk and responsibility associated with sharing such information.

Client's Responsibility

The client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, and safety of the information contained in the .vcf contact card, URL, and User-Generated Content. The client is also responsible for any consequences resulting from the distribution of NFC Cards, luggage tags, or the scanning of QR codes.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Infinite Venture Holdings LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of our services or User-Generated Content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to us for the services rendered.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between us and the client and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Hyperlinking to our Content
The following organizations may link to our Websites without prior written approval:

• Government agencies;

• Search engines;

• News organizations;

• Online directory distributors may link to our Websites in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

• System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications, or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.

We may consider and approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:

• Commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources;

• Dot.com community sites;

• Associations or other groups representing charities;

• Online directory distributors;

• Internet portals;

• Accounting, law, and consulting firms; and

• Educational institutions and trade associations.

We will approve link requests from these organizations if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavorably to ourselves or to our accredited businesses; (b) the organization does not have any negative records with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates the absence of Infinite Venture Holdings LLC; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.

These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.

If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our websites, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to Infinite Venture Holdings LLC. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our websites, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Websites as follows:

• By use of our corporate name; or

• By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or

• Using any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's site.

• No use of Infinite Venture Holdings LLC's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Websites. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Websites upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Websites, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our websites

If you find any link on our Websites that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly

We do not ensure that the information on these websites is correct. We do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise to ensure that the websites remain available or that the material on the websites is kept up to date.

Changes to the Terms and Condition
